Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days using a recorded delivery service.

Orders usually arrive within 2-5 working days but Royal Mail often experience delays around holiday periods so please allow for extra time around these periods.

Returns

Refunds and exchanges

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For returns/exchanges to be accepted please follow the guidelines below. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, smell free and in its original packaging.

If you're able to meet the above critera, to begin the process of a return please email us quoting your email address and order number at thedogfaceuk@gmail.com. You will also need to dowload and fill out the returns form from the link below to include in your parcel. 

Please note:

• Items returned without prior email notification and a returns form will not be accepted.
• Please be sure that you bought your item from us. We only sell our items through www.thedogface.co.uk we are aware of scam sites popping up as well as 3rd party sites infringing on our trademark and whilst we are taking every step to get these removed we cannot issue exchanges / refunds or assist on unofficial items bought elsewhere.

For exchanges, replacement items will be sent out upon receipt of the returned item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Buyers are repsonsible for postage costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
